We are now hiring for a Senior AI Advisor in the NA Market.

This Professional Services Advisory position will be focused on driving AI and Modern Mgmt Professional Services in key accounts globally. Please share with prospective candidates with client-facing AI and PS Services expertise.

They will work closely with Market leadership, HP Account teams and Software & Services specialists to drive HP’s AI and Modern Mgmt differentiation and adoption of HP’s AI & Modern Mgmt Professional Services.

HP’s Senior AI Advisor Leader will drive sales for HP AI Professional Services across our global client base. AI Advisory encompasses: Technology Strategy, IT Operations, Business workflow & transformation, Compliance, Audit and Cloud for HP’s Global Accounts. The Senior AI Advisor Sales leader is part of a fast growing and exciting worldwide team supporting HP account teams in new and existing opportunities. This position will work within HP’s Professional Services and Workplace Services Eco-System to drive HP’s AI Leadership and develop new Professional Services business.
The successful candidate will be an expert in AI technologies with a client-facing, consultative approach to help clients effectively implement AI and position HP’s Professional Services and Solutions.

Senior AI Advisor focus:

  • Drive sales of HP AI Professional Services across Global Enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with the HP Account teams and industry leaders to help clients effectively implement AI across their Enterprise infrastructure.
  • Partner with HP Professional Services Product and Delivery teams to enhance and grow HP’s AI Services offerings.

What the Senior AI Advisor does at HP:

  • Drive engagement with clients to ensure HP AI Leadership and establish the value and differentiation of HP AI Solutions and Professional Services
  • Enable HP account teams to establish HP’s AI differentiation and position HP Professional Services.
  • Partner with HP AI Product and Service teams to provide meaningful measures and metrics for risk treatment and team performance.
  • Exert influence horizontally and vertically in the organization; demonstrates business acumen and applies it for effective business engagement with internal customers and effective management of sales programs and initiatives.
  • Think creatively about solutions to complex issues and problem solving
  • Value strong working relationships and teamwork across a variety of teams and global regions to reach common milestones and fuel profitable growth

Individuals who thrive in this role at HP will have:

  • Customer-facing AI experience
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Artificial Intelligence certifications (example: Microsoft Copilot, Google AI or equivalent certifications)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in cross-functional programs
  • Prior AI experience or experience with enterprise solutions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role is $147,950.00 – $227,850.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
