About the team:

We are part of the Venture Development of Dragon – Enpal’s heat pump domain. This means we are tightly integrated to the product and business development processes. We build services and automations that streamline and accelerate operations at Dragon – from front end services for support agents to integrations of various services into our CRM. Enpal Dragon is growing rapidly and the demands to our team become more complex and challenging every day. What you will do: 

  • As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will work closely with the Venture Development, Operations and BI & Data Analytics teams to design, build, and maintain data structures and ensure the best-in-class reporting infrastructure. You will be integrated into an ambitious, dynamic and rapid changing environment which it is expected from you to navigate and bring adequate analytical structure to.  
  • Own the projects intake process and bring transparency on trade-offs through diplomatic communication. Closely work with the tech and leadership rounds, conduct weekly prioritization meetings with them and ensure quarterly roadmap planning. 
  • Co-own business problems and technical initiatives with a wide range of stakeholders and translate them into data solutions.   
  • Maintain, develop and validate an existing, complex and changing CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive) data landscape. 
  • Support and coach business analysts in the usage of the data through SQL and data models. You will bring a balance between short-term speedy solutions and long-term sustainable analytics.  
  • Develop deep knowledge of the upper funnel (lead to contract) data and use it to validate business logics plus an adequate usage. 

Qualifications

What do we need from you?  

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence, with a strong background in Customer Acquisition domain. 
  • Expert skills in SQL for data modelling and transformations. Python for data modelling and analytics would be a plus.  
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow or Azure Data Factory, and knowledge of data ingestion tools like Fivetran. 
  • Experiences with Snowflake to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows.
  • Familiarity with DBT, Azure Databricks for advanced data processing and software dev controls, code reviews – GitHub, Azure DevOps.
  • Strong ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of clear, understandable data models. 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups with various backgrounds (Analysts, Business Developers) and translate their requirements in work packages.
  • Strong self-organizational and proactive problem-solving mindset.
