Your day to day will consist of…

Shape the architecture strategy by participating in quarterly and annual planning workshops, contributing to both the data and cloud strategy to leverage advanced analytics on large-scale datasets

Design and govern the AI & ML reference architecture, including architecture patterns, principles, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with organisational standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Solution Designers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects to deliver scalable and reusable AI frameworks for real-time and batch solutions

Implement and manage AI & ML operational frameworks (ML/AI Ops), integrating cutting-edge tools to streamline deployment and operational processes

Contribute to the architecture design within an Agile Delivery Tribe, working hands-on with AI & ML solutions while ensuring alignment with CI/CD tools and methodologies
What makes you perfect for the role?

A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on delivering AI & ML solutions, architecture, and design

Proven expertise in AI/GenAI solutions, including creating architectures that balance business needs with cost, capability, and risk

Strong hands-on experience with AI & ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, as well as cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure

Demonstrated ability to lead AI Solution Architects, ensuring designs prioritise security, scalability, ethics, and data governance

Experience working with stakeholders to create technical visions, high-level architectures, and roadmaps for large-scale programs

Solid understanding of MLOps, including lifecycle management, CI/CD automation, and operational monitoring of AI solutions
