About the department
Our Global Finance GBS Bengaluru department was established in 2007 and is responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, and Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) for Headquarters, Europe, North America, International Operations (IO), and GBS Bengaluru. We strive to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.
The Position
As a Senior Associate II in our Global Finance GBS department, you will:
- Specialize in Vendor/Customer/Finance/Assets/Treasury Master Data and be responsible for complex global master data management processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and maintenance of Vendor/Customer/Finance/Assets/Treasury master data in the SAP ERP system, in compliance with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Perform day-to-day activities of processing master data tickets, facilitating the setup and maintenance of global and local master data.
- Develop functional understanding in Data Quality and other domains, with in-depth knowledge of master data management and SAP systems.
- Have a basic understanding of Pharma product/Regulatory/Artwork and lifecycle events, and be responsible for providing and maintaining finance, customer, and vendor master data setup.
Qualification
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

3-6 years of experience and knowledge of Vendor/Customer Master Data Activities.

Ability to perform data profiling and data quality assessment.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to locate information efficiently.

Knowledge of SAP – Finance module (FI) and low/no code applications is an advantage.

Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
