Job Description

Bertoni Solutions is looking for a Senior Azure Data Engineer.

Qualifications

This position is only available for applicants located/living in Latin America.

Must-Have Skills:

• Over 8 years of total experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including machine learning engineers, software developers, analytics engineers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into highly available data solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing data pipelines using PySpark.
• Proven experience with SQL.
• Ability to be an independent self-learner with a “let’s get this done” approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Advanced English proficiency

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Databricks Certification is a plus.
• Experience providing practical direction within Azure native services, implementing data migration and data processing using Azure services such as ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Synapse/DW, Azure SQL DB, and Fabric.
• Knowledge in Event Hub, IoT Hub, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Analysis Service, and Cosmos DB is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP Hana is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
• Additionally, having knowledge in DevOps and CI/CD deployments, as well as cloud migration methodologies and processes, is beneficial.
