Senior BI Analyst

Position Summary: A flexible highly motivated member Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making by analyzing business trends, developing insightful reports, and providing actionable recommendations.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

– Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
– Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and SQL.
– Analyze data trends, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
– Prepare and present data findings to stakeholders effectively, both written and verbally.

• Business Understanding:

– Understand business processes and requirements to effectively translate them into data analysis needs.- Take initiatives and deliver good results through observations and technical skills
– Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and prioritize analysis projects.
– Proactively identify areas for data improvement and process optimization.

• Data Quality & Management:

– Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the analysis process.
– Implement data quality checks and controls.
– Assist in the development and maintenance of data dictionaries and documentation.

Qualifications:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools).
– Database management understands the data flow and is able to manage the data using SQL as data language.
– Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.
– Flexibility and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.,Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI) or any other similar tools.- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
– Knowledge of statistical methods and data mining techniques.
