BI typically handles analysis and data modeling design using data collected in a centralized data warehouse or multiple databases throughout the organization. It’s a role that combines hard skills like programming, data modeling and statistics with soft skills like communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving. Candidates need a well-rounded background to balance the line between technology and the business.

Your main duties in flying with us:

• Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology, and what its goals and pain points are that can be improved by utilizing data.
• Identify product or business opportunities and support growth with experimentation and recommendations.
• Own the whole analysis process from requirement gathering, development, calculation of impact, and implementation.
• Implement hypothesis testing such as A/B Testing and own the process from pre-experiment analysis until post-experiment analysis, and grow the culture of the experimentation.
• Collect, analyze, and share data to help business teams improve key business metrics, customer experience, and business results.
• Design, develop, and test BI solutions such as data mart, queries, views, reports, and dashboards.
• Educate users to transform data into action-oriented information and to use that information correctly.
• Document new and existing analyses, models, solutions, and implementations.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

• At the minimum have 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence
• Experience working with one or more languages for querying (e.g. SQL)
• Familiar with advanced analytics languages like Python is a plus
• Experienced with building Machine Learning model is a plus
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions
• Ability to make inferences from data and devise an appropriate course of actions
• Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
