Senior Consultant, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced
Job Description
Are you ready to make an impact?West Monroe is searching for a Senior Consultant within our Technology & Experience practice. In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients to establish the project vision, lead Salesforce implementations, analyze business requirements, and help design Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities Lead Sales, Quote-to-Cash, and Billing business process review sessions to identify user stories and requirements. Design and implement advanced Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and Usage-Based Billing functionalities. Configure and build solutions on the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing). Facilitate business process reviews to streamline client workflows and optimize operations.
Oversee unit, system, and end-user testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Provide end-user training and create documentation for solution adoption.
Manage project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables for overall projects or specific workstreams Qualifications College degree or equivalent experience required. 4+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with 2+ years working on CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations. Proficient in Quote-to-Cash, Product Master Data Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud functionalities, including pricing rules, discounting, invoicing, subscription management, and revenue recognition. Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (e. g.
, Flows, Process Builder) and configuration. Familiarity with Salesforce B2B Commerce and integrations with ERP or financial systems.
Experience in managing status, timelines, and risks at the program or workstream level. Proficient in documenting requirements and solution design deliverables. Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist required; Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant preferred.
Excellent client-facing and oral communication skills. Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment. Ability to travel to client sites 30–50%.
