Responsibilities :
· Collaborate with lead and business stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
· Design and implement data models and ETL processes to ensure high-quality, reliable data is available for reporting and analysis using SSIS, Batch Scripts or any relevant Microsoft Data tools.
· Ensure the data pipeline is running efficiently, identifying and addressing data integrity or quality issues in Data warehouse(SQL Server).
· Stay updated on the latest Power BI features, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance BI capabilities.
· Automate recurring tasks such as report generation and data refresh using Power BI and SQL Server tools.
· Document processes, workflows, and best practices for analytics and reporting.
· Continuously learn and stay updated on trends in data analytics, e-commerce, Power BI, and SQL Server.
Must Have
· Expertise in Power BI, including report and dashboard creation, DAX, T-SQL and Power Query.
· Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts using SQL Server.
· Scripting skills for data processing using Python, C#.Net or similar.
· Prior experience in the E-Commerce domain, preferrable automotive.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
· Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.
· High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Good to Have :
· Familiarity with other BI tools and technologies is a plus.
· Understanding of data security best practices and access control mechanisms.
· Any relevant certifications is a plus.
· Familiarity with key metrics and KPIs in the E-commerce domain (e.g., conversion rates, AOV, CLV)
