The Data & Analysis team uses data-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for clients.  We believe that data should never exist in a vacuum; instead, it should be put to work to bring the best ideas and stories to our clients.

 

To help with this, we are looking for an outstanding Senior Data Analyst – someone who has a knack for understanding data and telling the story of why it matters. What you will do:  

As a Senior Analyst, you will lay the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts. You will work on brand campaigns and pitches, assist in developing reporting frameworks for social and web analytics projects and manage quality and insightful reporting for clients whilst supervising your junior analysts.

 

Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Understand and relate to brand identity and its social presence
  • Implement and automate reporting for regular business reports from social listening tools including brand mentions, sentiment, conversation drivers, influencers etc.
  • Develop action plan on monitoring campaign specific or crisis specific messages per guidelines listed by brands
  • Localization of social strategy, execution, and content tagging
  • Create and edit reporting deliverables for PowerPoint and Excel formats that transform social data into a clear story.
  • Visualize findings legibly using charts, tables, and infographics, and provide actionable insights based on concrete data.
  • Working in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of reports and dashboards
  • Monitor recurring and diving into ad hoc or crisis reports, uncovering insights, and providing impactful reports to clients
  • Communicate with clients regularly on scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive success for client’s business goals
     
  • Participating in brainstorms to identify nuances in data to optimize our clients’ business
  • Expanding industry knowledge and relevant skillsets through scheduled internal training
  • Lead your junior analysts including providing coaching, career planning and ensuring quality of deliverables at its optimum

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

 

  • Lead a team of analysts in producing data deliverables for clients
  • Familiarity with different social media ecosystems, trends and tools (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, blogsites and more)
  • Analyzing social media performance, monitoring brand mentions, identifying trends to inform social media strategy
  • Understanding and familiarity with social analytics tools (Meltwater, Sprinklr, Netbase etc.)
  • Defining keyword taxonomy and query setup in social listening tool per client requirements
  • Experience in building widgets and dashboards within social listening tools
  • Familiarity with Excel or any scripting languages for additional data analysis
  • Advanced in Powerpoint presentation skills (for senior level presentations and advanced usage of Excel for data analysis
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Passion for digital marketing, eagerness to learn in a constantly-changing industry, and possess natural curiosity
  • 5 – 7 years of work experience in a relevant industry
  • An undergraduate college degree
