In the role of Senior Data Analyst for Applied Marketing Measurements, you become Bolt’s navigator in the complex realm of digital & non-digital advertising. Your goal won’t be just analyzing the data but coming up with the exact methods that other data analysts and marketing specialists use to make investment decisions.

The Applied Marketing Measurements team at Bolt helps our business to understand it.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be building solutions for marketing measurements that employ cutting-edge statistical modeling and experimentation techniques.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Developing, refining, and adopting approaches and tooling to measure the incremental impact of marketing.
- Conducting Quasi-experimentations (geo-experiments, synthetic control, interrupted time series, Conversion Lift experiments) and usage of Marketing Mix modeling, counterfactuals, and synthetic control daily.
- Integrating your findings into company-level strategy and ensuring they are transparent for key stakeholders across the company.
- Supporting data analysts from multiple business teams in organizing measurable marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating closely with advertising platforms (like Google, Meta, TikTok), keeping up to industry trends, and exploring innovative measurement ideas.
- You can also expect to utilize knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing, PyMC or Causal Inference if you possess this knowledge.
About you:
- You hold a BS in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
- You have at least 2-4 years of experience with quasi-experimentation and in the practical application of statistics and/or econometrics (advanced regression, bayesian statistics, time series analysis).
- You have strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis, and Python or R for statistical modeling.
- You know statistics and hypothesis testing + Statistical tooling in Python – PyMC, Causal Inference.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in designing and analyzing experiments (geo-experiments, synthetic control, interrupted time series) and providing business recommendations.
- You are fluent in English plus your verbal and written communication skills are outstanding. You’ll be able to explain your ideas to a range of audiences – from marketing specialists to a C-level executive.
