About us

Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa, with over 100 million customers in 45+ countries. We’re a global team of more than 100 nationalities joined on a common mission – to make cities for people, not cars. And we need you to make it happen!

About the role

The role will report to the Regional Manager, and work closely with the Product Data Analytics team to create global data-driven frameworks around business strategy to achieve the company’s ambitions, catch and resolve inefficiencies, and find extra opportunities for us to grow.

Being an analytics expert in the Bolt Market team, you will enable your colleagues to make better decisions using data, as well as educate people around you on analytics best practices. This is a unique chance to lay the foundation and vision of how we measure and optimise our value proposition to Bolt Market partners and customers.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Owning how we measure the business, determining which metrics are most meaningful and actionable, and ensuring visibility of those.
  • Delivering exciting projects like investment strategy and customer engagement products.
  • Collaborating with the Product team on designing and running customer-facing A/B experiments.
  • Building and improving dashboards enabling country teams to deliver fast data-driven decisions.
  • Empowering teams to self-serve their own dashboards and conduct regular analysis with pre-defined datasets.
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in our current data analytics tools, challenging the way we look at things.

About you:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data. Experience in consulting, data analysis, business intelligence, and/or implementing data-driven solutions is a plus.
  • You have amazing SQL and Excel skills. Experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
  • You have hands-on experience with data visualisation and at least one of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
  • You act like an owner: managing your own backlog and stakeholders, relentlessly prioritising for maximum impact, and owning and leading data & analytics projects.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
