Senior Data Analyst – Contract – outside IR35

Mindera are currently on the lookout for a Senior Data Analyst to join us on a 6 month contract.

This role requires someone that’s well-versed in the in a range of tooling, ideally someone that’s been in an environment where engineering excellence and product thinking has been applied to data.

Requirements

What you’ll be doing

• Developing comprehensive reporting, data, and analytical products.
• Leading on the delivery of several types of work
• Serving as a senior level individual contributor
• Translating complex business requirements into data solutions that are high-quality.
• Using customer data to create models that will be used to predict the size of the opportunity of potential strategic initiatives, including new and maturing ventures
• Instrumenting dashboards to track performance of these initiatives and ventures, and to compare performance to predictions
• Incrementality analysis around existing products and services and the impact on keymetrics such as acquisition, engagement, retention and financial contribution
• Producing partner facing analysis and reports that deliver meaningful insights in aneasily comprehensible way for commercial stakeholders

Experience required

• Extensive experience taking a problem from ideation through to solution that’s driven business outcomes.
• Experience of writing queries in python to process, gain insight and visualise the data
• In-depth with writing and optimising SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in telling great stories with data, with the ability to create powerful visualisation to bring it to life – Tableau or equivalent visualisation tool experience.
• Experience in designing and building in a complex environment with high volumes of data.
