Are you in?Primary PurposeResponsible for helping design, grow, and execute the HR data analytics program, including enabling data-driven strategic decision making, supporting client inquiries through data reporting and analysis, and end-user education.
This position will also help support and manage HR data sources and systems. Primary DutiesDevelop new and enhance existing reporting and analytics solutions using sustainable and scalable methods. (35%)Support HR and Exelon stakeholders by embedding data analytics methodologies in new and existing processes.
(30%)Manage relationships and communications with stakeholders. (15%)Operational support of HR applications including system configuration, documentation, and customization as required. (10%)Lead and/or support special projects as needed.
(10%)Job ScopeThis individual will report directly to the Manager, HR Reporting & Analytics. In addition to being a self-starter, this individual will work independently and with the HR Data Analytics team to accomplish objectives.
This individual will interface with all levels of Exelon management. Minimum QualificationsFive to eight years of experience in compiling and analyzing data, including experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau). Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong project management and administration skillsStrong technical skills, including but not limited to understanding how databases operate, how to use and set up ODBC connections, general server and mainframe knowledge, and a general understanding of file types for data extrapolation.
Ability and willingness to travel (20-25%)In lieu of degree six to nine years of relevant experiencePreferred QualificationsGraduate degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, or Statistics. Strong critical thinking and analytic skillsProficient in querying, interpreting and visualizing data from a variety of different sources to create a cohesive story. Able to manage multiple priorities, be results-oriented, customer-focused and show initiative.
Experience developing business applications, digital analytics, and automation solutions. Experience translating technical insights and requirements into digestible and meaningful information for all audiences. Experience planning and executing projects and initiatives with demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and teams concurrently.
BenefitsBenefitsAnnual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $104,800. 00/Yr. – $144,100.
