The Oracle BI Analyst will be part of a distributed team of individuals responsible for providing timely and efficient support while focusing on maintenance and enhancements for the Oracle Data Warehouse, utilizing SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Analytical Cloud. This role involves supporting 24*7 ETL loads and maintaining the Oracle Data Warehouse. The responsibilities include Data Warehouse Maintenance and ETL Development & Support. This role works with a hardworking, dedicated team of self-motivated professionals who share a passion for progress and excellence.
In this role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide production support for daily ETL jobs, monitoring, and troubleshooting failures.
- Work on maintenance and enhancements in PL/SQL and OAC.
- Craft complex SQL queries using concepts like joins, grouping, partitioning, indexing, SQL hints, etc.
- Implement archive strategy, aggregation, hierarchy, etc., and demonstrate a strong understanding of database concepts like partitioning, materialized views, and performance tuning.
- Support Month-end, Year-End, and Cloning activities to facilitate DW Application Business Operations.
- Engage with Business Users to understand functional and technical problems and devise solutions.
- Possess a strong understanding of BI/data warehouse analysis, design, development, and testing.
- Understand Change Management Processes and have a basic understanding of ServiceNow.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Programming Skills in SQL, PL/SQL.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in OAC/OBIEE.
- Understanding of Oracle R12 Applications EBS (technical or functional)
- Ability to work in a demanding 24*7 user environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with complete Systems Development Life Cycle and ability to do Business Process reengineering.
- Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations.
- Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and context-switch between different activities and teams.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science with a technical background (MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field)
- Good interpersonal skills using English, both spoken and written, as you will be collaborating with an overseas team.
