YOUR MISSION

Join a really exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and fast-growing team at Glovo. The Partner Content Ops department plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for both partners and customers.

THE JOURNEY

  • Onboarding Experience: Ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for thousands of new partners every day is essential for the company’s growth.
  • Partner Content Management: Maintaining high-quality partner content on the Customer App is crucial for attracting and retaining customers. This involves managing everything from menu items to store information.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with various teams, including partner onboarding, customer support, and product teams, is essential to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
  • Create and manage core data products that are used to execute impact analysis to evaluate our project performance.
  • Improve current data sources & reporting to make faster decisions.
  • Work on strategic analysis that will help to detect further content quality and cost efficiency opportunities
  • Understand, deep-dive and have a complete awareness of Glovo’s content operations situation at all times.
  • Develop analytical frameworks, analyses, dashboards and models for both HQ Project Managers and Content Ops Local teams.
  • Raise product requests to improve Content Agents UX and scalability. Identify tech feature improvements and give proactive feedback to the Product team.
  • Execute end-to-end projects at a global level.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter, results-oriented, analytical, and passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship. The role would mean not only providing data and insights to guide the team to make the right decisions but also owning full projects related to the Partners. Ownership and responsibilities will be given to you from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 3 years of experience providing business teams with data for decision-making
  • Analytical skills: breaking big problems into smaller ones and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to change, is a must
  • Experience developing in Python and writing complex SQL queries is a  must
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Google Data Studio is a must
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience with data engineering-related tools (Airflow, Github, etc) is a plus 
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must (plus Spanish as a bonus)
  • Great team player and organizational skills
  • Experience in managing projects is a plus
  • International studies or experience is a plus
