Senior Data Analyst-Paytm Money(Broking Preferred)

Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements andtranslate business needs into technical solutions such as reports and dashboards. Collaborating across Growth, Marketing, Product teams across Paytm Money Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and quality assuranceprocesses for the team’s deliverables.

Key skills: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field. Proven experience (4+ years) in data analysis and a year of team handling experience. Proven experience working on Tableau (2+ years) and any other advanced BI tools todevelop reports and dashboards. Developing reports and dashboards in Metabase and Redash. Strong proficiency in writing Advanced SQLs, Expertise in performance tuning of SQLs(3+ years). Be proficient in Excel. Analytical thinking and Solid understanding of data mining techniques. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively conveycomplex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good to have – experience working on Python for data processing and pipeline buildingusing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
