Senior Data Analyst (Python)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of relevant experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on Python scripting and complex SQL queries. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting insights from large datasets, automating data workflows, and driving business decisions through data-driven solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, MS Fabric, and Power Automate is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Develop Python scripts to automate data processing and enhance data workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Utilize Azure, MS Fabric, and Power Automate to streamline data management, reporting, and automation.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration across systems.
• Present complex data findings in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices for data analysis and automation.
• Requirements:
• Minimum  9 years of experience in data analysis, with expertise in SQL and Python.
• Strong experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Proven track record of using Python for data automation, transformation, and scripting.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, MS Fabric, and Power Automate is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
