Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst at Aspire, you will play a key role in analyzing complex data sets and transforming them into actionable insights. Your expertise in SQL and Python will be crucial in managing, processing, and interpreting large volumes of data to support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and optimize reporting processes using SQL and Python,
    particularly in tools like Looker.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights for
    business stakeholders.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support
    decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather data requirements and translate them
    into technical solutions.
  • Work with Snowflake DWH for data storage and retrieval, ensuring optimal
    performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot issues in reports or datasets.
  • Stay updated with
    analytics trends and propose improvements to existing tools and workflows.

What you’ll need

  • 5+
    years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or similar roles.
  • Strong
    skills in SQL, with the ability to handle complex queries and large
    datasets.
  • Proficient in Python for data analysis and automating
    reporting workflows.
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau,
    Power BI) for building dashboards and visualizations.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake data warehouse for querying
    and data management.
  • Knowledge of BI tools and dashboard creation.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS,
    Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
  • Understanding of data modelling, and although not
    essential, experience with ETL processes is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work
    closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar.​
