Job Description
As a Senior Data Analyst, your primary role will involve gathering and processing IT consumption data from various colleagues across Experian IT Services (EITS). This data is used for allocation of IT costs.
You will work closely as an integrated team member of the Technology Business Management (TBM) function, supporting our partners using your technical and data management expertise to engage stakeholders in maturing TBM’s capabilities.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong data management skills and background in technology infrastructure. This role will support the advancing of the TBM vision, providing solutions that empower Experian business partners with insights to effective manage and communicate cost, quality and value of IT services.
Summary of Primary Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Initiate and execute several processes to collect, validate, cleanse, transform and store Experian’s IT consumption data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Maintain data collection processes and workflows to ensure volumes data are reported accurately and efficiently.
- Analize IT consumption trends and patterns and provide analysis and insights to support decision making.
- Generate monthly reports and maintain dashboards to communicate consumption trends and insights to key stakeholders.
- Maintain and update TBM mapping structures related to cost, methodology and charging logic
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support monthly reporting, forecasting, and planning activities.
- Support change activities relating to TBM service maturity
- Support ad hoc requests for IT volume reporting and analysis.
- Drive continuous improvements in process efficiencies, and system automation
- Document and maintain updates for routine processes
Qualifications
Ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management or Management Information Systems or 7+ years of equivalent work experience
- Experience-knowledge with tools like Alteryx, Power BI is a plus.
- Advanced analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to draw concise insights from large sets of data.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components including server utilization Storage, end-user, network and communications
- Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes such as budgeting, cost allocations, infrastructure consumption – utilization reporting is a plus
- Experience working in ServiceNow and CMBD would be desired.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Strong English fluency
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment
- Ability to multi -task several important priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to have fun and bring a sense of humor to work.

This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
