We’ve partnered with Microsoft and are leveraging the best and greatest Microsoft Dynamics modules to better manage our customer experience from lead capture to post-origination management.
Key Responsibilities
You will be part of a small team that manages data architecture, solution designs, tech platforms and data models to support our business insights team and to and comply with regulatory and risk data and reporting requirements.

Maintaining data platforms and supporting infrastructure including:
Azure Synapse Analytics

Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
-
Logic/function apps
-
Power automate flows
-
GA4, GTM and other marketing tech platforms
-

Designing and implementing data architecture and solutions including
-
Data sources and connectivity
-
Data security (RBAC, labelling, masking and other guardrails)
-
Data warehousing
-
Monitoring
-
-
Data extraction and supply
-
Ad-hoc manual data requests
-
Periodic/automated extraction and distribution pipelines
-

Business insights technology and enablement
-
Defining/managing data models for our business insights team
-
Managing the Power BI technical service (access control, connections, credentials, data sync, monitoring, source control etc)

Data governance

Experience
The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications and expertise:
-
5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with a proven ability to design and implement robust data pipelines and transformations
-
Strong SQL skills (T-SQL or Postgres)
-
Data architecture patterns and practices
-
Data security policies and practices
-
Proven expertise with data platforms such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, or Snowflake
-
Experience with Data Warehousing and ETL tools
-
The ability to collaborate effectively with Software Engineers, Business Insights Analysts, Marketing Managers, and other business stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide the requisite data and data technology to meet their needs
Desired

Cloud infrastructure architecture and development (Azure)

Experience with data modelling for business insights

Experience with Power BI or Fabric

Understanding of data governance practices
