Role:CES is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Migration Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to support the migration of data from various legacy systems to SAP.
The primary responsibilities include data extraction, transformation, and mapping while ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the migration process. SAP expertise is not required, but a strong foundation in data manipulation and ETL processes is essential.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand the structure and nature of data in legacy systems. Extract data efficiently from various sources such as databases, files, or APIs.
• Analyze the extracted data and apply required transformation rules to ensure compatibility with SAP. Perform data cleansing and enrichment to enhance quality and standardization.
• Map legacy data fields to the corresponding fields in the SAP target system.
• Document and validate transformation and mapping rules in collaboration with business analysts.
• Perform pre- and post-migration validation to confirm data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and system integration specialists, to understand data migration requirements.
