Job Description
You will be part of a very dynamic and fast-growing Analytics team in Turkey and you will develop analytical solutions to the benefit of our clients’ and their customers.
You must have experience (5-6 years at least) in the development of analytics and data science projects in the field of credit life cycle, risk management, anti-fraud modelling or marketing and CRM. Experience of open banking and transactional data analytics will be a major plus.
Main Responsibilities
- Design analytics solutions to client’s problems in any area of customer life cycle and analytics, using Experian analytics solutions to match best practice – this includes hands-on delivery of data science related contents like development of analytical models and ad hoc analysis, tracking model performance, incident resolution (low accuracy troubleshooting, mis-categorization issue analysis), productionization of developed models and documentation.
- Contribute to a consultative way with the client, to identify problems and design analytics solutions, with a expertise in machine learning modelling or optimisation techniques.
- Present proposals to clients for analytics solutions, including recommendations.
- Provide consultancy on the potential ‘bigger picture’ strategies.
- Present to clients to ensure they understand the functionality and benefits of Experian’s products in solving business problems.
- Support the analytics team members on in the development analytical solutions for different clients
- Develop relationships with important client contacts.
- Co-ordinate with Experian’s Sales team to contribute to sales opportunities and support the conversion of sales prospects especially for the transactional data analytics opportunities.
- Participate in pre-sales and sales meetings with clients and prospects to describe and position Experian’s analytics propositions and to adapt it to our client’s needs.
- Lead the development of our client solutions for the area of open banking and transactional data analytics mostly.
- Lead the quality of the project deliverables, for the project work meeting client/customer goals and being delivered to schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent standard, with a high numeric content.
- 6+ years of work experience in analytics, with at least 3 years’ experience in consultancy.
- Experience in products and operations especially in Banking and Telco sectors (i.e. Credit Lifecycle, Open Banking, Marketing Analytics, Risk Analytics, Regulations)
- Experience with a broad range of analytical methodologies and their use in solving business problems
- Experience managing and delivering high quality analytics projects.
- Solid hands-on experience in data science and machine learning modelling with Python
- Experience with deep learning and other advanced modelling approaches to extract and automate insights from data.
- Experience shaping and defining complex solutions to meet client requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English
