As a Senior Data Scientist on our Customer Care team, you’ll focus on improving our customer care user experience using AI-based technology. You’ll develop state-of-the-art LLM-based chatbot solutions and knowledge management systems. In your day-to-day, you will:

Develop and enhance LLM-based chatbot solutions and knowledge management systems

Apply and fine-tune generative AI models to improve user experience and customer care efficiency

Develop models for specific use cases like intent classification, ambiguity detection, retrieval re-ranking, etc

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within existing frameworks

Mentor team members in AI techniques and best practices
Qualifications

5+ years experience in Data Science with relevant exposure to generative AI projects

Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including extensive experience in NLP

Proficiency with Large Language Models, including Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Automatic Evaluation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Demonstrated ability to implement scalable and maintainable end-to-end solutions

Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Strong team player with great communication skills

Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields — an advantage
