Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement machine learning (ML) models and other algorithms to solve business problems.

  • Design and conduct experiments, tests, and analyses to develop machine learning models, including both traditional ML and LLMs, for integration into our software portfolio, enhancing product capabilities with AI-driven features.

  • Leverage large language models (LLMs) to extract insights, perform natural language processing (NLP) tasks, and automate text generation for business applications.

  • Collaborate with architects, data engineers, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.

  • Perform data wrangling, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality data for ML models.

  • Build and maintain predictive models, optimizing their performance for accuracy, scalability, and interpretability.

  • Monitor and validate model performance, fine-tuning and retraining as necessary to improve results.

  • Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects.

  • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports and visualizations.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines in the handling of data and development of data-driven models.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in data science (developing machine learning models).

  • Proficiency in programming languages is required (Python is our go-to language).

  • Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas).

  • Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LlaMa, etc.), fine-tuning pre-trained models, and applying them to real-world NLP tasks.

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Understanding of data preprocessing techniques and tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest AI advancements.

  • Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in AI development.

  • Relevant certifications in Data, ML, Software, or cloud platforms are a plus.

  • Fluency in English (equivalent to C1 or higher).
