The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for leading the creation and implementation of automated pipelines and deployment processes. The role will drive the development and implementation of DevOps practices and strategies, aligning with the company’s architectural vision and strategic goals.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will work collaboratively across multiple teams to manage code releases and deployments. This role is crucial in enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of the development and deployment processes by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud, AI, and APIs. Develop and implement DevOps strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and operational excellenceEstablish DevOps principles, standards, and guidelines across development teams, emphasizing best practices in code build, deployment, automated testing, configuration management, and observabilityDesign, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient code integration and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, Harness, and GitHub ActionsDevelop and maintain scripts and tools to automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and other repetitive tasksWork closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software productsImplement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of applications using tools like DataDog and DynaTraceIntegrate security best practices into the DevOps processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policiesDevelop and maintain observability practices and DevOps dashboards to track key metrics such as MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery) and change failure ratesFoster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices in DevOpsQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field4+ years of experience in DevOps or related rolesProven track record of successfully implementing DevOps practices in complex environmentsExperience with scalable, secure, and reliable application deploymentsCloud Platforms: Proficiency in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormationCI/CD Tools: Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, TeamCity, Harness, and GitHub ActionsInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormationContainerization: Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like KubernetesScripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasksMonitoring and Logging: Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as DataDog, DynaTrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or SplunkSecurity: Understanding of security best practices and experience integrating security into DevOps processesObservability: Proficiency in establishing observability practices and developing DevOps dashboards to monitor and improve system performance and reliabilityMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Cloud platforms: Extensive experience with AWSExperience with NGINXCI/CD Tool: Hands-on experience with Harness and GitHub actionsIAC: Hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormationMonitoring and logging: Experience with DynatraceThe base pay range for this role is $109,820.

The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
