Senior Digital Data Analyst
Go deeper than data (personal development) Data doers and shakers to the front. With a strong foundation in data, stats, AI and machine learning, you’ll set yourself apart with your creativity. We want data specialists who ask questions of and tell stories with their data. Who pan for gold and consistently and persistently iterate to the nth degree. ‘Wacky’ might even be your middle name. 
 
Your day in the life of a Senior Digital Data Analyst:  

  • Mentoring Data Analysts; you are someone who has a passion for learning and developing the skills and knowledge of others  

  • Query and question digital data and present your findings in a clear and understandable language  

  • Derive insights on customer benefits, sales impact, and operational efficiencies  

  • Translate sophisticated business questions into tangible outcomes; review and analyse complex data to understand how customer behaviour, product changes and adjustments to digital assets impact the Consumer business   

  • Prioritise, define and implement tracking solutions across digital assets, ensuring all critical aspects of sales and service customer journeys are captured   

  • Deliver findings back to the senior business partners to drive decision-making and contribute to the overall chapter delivery with meaningful business insights 

 
Why you are our next Senior Digital Analyst:  

  • Qualifications and training in a quantitative field is desirable, however it isn’t mandatory (e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Statistics)   

  • Previous experience in Contact Centres, Digital Sales or Digital Service would be beneficial    

  • Proficiency in analytical techniques SQL &/or SAS coding skills, complimented with advanced Excel, communication and presentation skills   

  • Understanding of data structures, data extraction and experience in a digital implementation environment is advantageous
