Description: Yahoo is seeking a Senior Director to drive Yahoo’s DSP advertising business across Global agency holding companies. In this role, you will lead and directly manage executive-level relationships and Partnerships with dentsu, acting as a Yahoo ambassador and trusted advisor. You will play a critical role in shaping partnership strategy and aligning agency priorities to drive Revenue growth and deliver value for both Yahoo and its agency partners. As a senior leader on the global agencies team, you will be responsible for influencing dentsu decision-makers, advocating for Yahoo DSP’s Advertising Solutions, and ensuring the success of joint initiatives across multiple markets.

Responsibilities: Own and cultivate executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers across dentsu, positioning Yahoo as a trusted strategic partner and proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate growth. Drive transformative revenue growth across dentsu by shaping partnership strategies that challenge industry norms and position the Yahoo DSP as a market leader.

Shape and influence Yahoo DSP’s go-to-market and sales activation strategies with agency partners, ensuring operational excellence and delivering against ambitious growth objectives. Champion the voice of the customer, leveraging executive agency insights to inform and evolve Yahoo’s product innovation and go-to-market strategies. Partner closely with sales and the GAP team, harnessing top-down agency leadership alignment to activate bottom-up demand and accelerate revenue growth.

Leverage deep relationships with agency stakeholders to hone trusted partnerships and drive share shift. Serve as a senior ambassador for the Yahoo DSP, representing the organization in agency leadership forums and industry events to elevate Yahoo’s profile and strengthen its position as a trusted, strategic partner. Stay informed about Yahoo’s capabilities and product offerings through learning and on-site training.

Skills and Experience: 15+ years of experience in advertising, media, or technology building & leading trusted agency stakeholder relationships, client leadership, and business development. Proven ability to cultivate and deepen executive-level agency relationships that drive strategic alignment and long-term investment growth.

Effective in navigating OpCo Leadership, account-level investment and planning teams, and Video/Connected TV teams Demonstrated success in a revenue-driving role, with a proven ability to deliver growth through onboarding new accounts, strategic partnerships, and innovative solutions. Deep understanding of the advertising agency ecosystem, including holding company dynamics, operations models, and key decision-making processes. Thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments and provides clarity amidst complexity.

Proven success collaborating cross-functionally with diverse teams to drive cohesive strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to clearly articulate strategy and foster alignment across sales, agency partners, cross-functional teams, and clients. Demonstrates strong operational leadership with exceptional organization skills, ensuring timely responsiveness and effective management of business processes to support strategic objectives.

Brings a technical mindset, understanding of the DSP landscape and programmatic features.
