This important science, technology, and innovation center will support a range of technology and drug development activities that will help us usher in the next wave of innovation.

The following responsibilities relate both to the ongoing work to support transparency operations in local markets where transparency requirements have been enacted as well as providing support to the centralized global transparency teams to ensure the aggregate transparency reporting tool is optimized. The role includes performing a wide range of duties including:

  • 5-7 Years management experience in Business Analysis, Technology and/or Operations ·

  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and execution of test scripts/test plans to identify software issues. 

  • Perform testing for the entire SDLC, including version/change control and new release rollouts. 

  • Create test scenarios that will include all required information to successfully execute test events. 

  • Perform testing tasks of medium to high complexity across multiple projects and provide estimates for testing tasks

  • Author business requirements, test plans, summary reports and Trace Matrix for projects and new releases. 

  • Collaborate with business users, developers to deliver high-quality deliverables. 

  • Maintain/Troubleshoot system errors and operational issues. 

  • Support production system as urgent and critical issues arise including possible non-business hours support. 

  • Perform stakeholder requests, such as running queries to pull data from database, run reports, perform analysis on datasets. 

  • Experience using SQL to test complex business logic and validate the persistence of data. 

  • Adhere to project schedule to track and communicate project updates. 

  • Support the regional transparency teams and IT for problem resolution and system enhancement requests.

  • Executing change control to clearly define business need and impact of any requested system/process changes.

  • Support creating and leveraging standardized approaches for new market deployments using repeatable method.

  • Document and knowledge management using SharePoint and other collaborative tools to support projects. 

  • Support the Transparency Analytics function to design and deploy monitoring and analytics solutions. 

  • Providing operational support in design of business process models, gap analysis and process flow diagrams to ensure adoption of change from current to future state processes.

  • Knowledge of various Transparency laws and Codes is a huge plus. 

  • Ability to deliver results by engaging, facilitating, and directing matrix team.
