Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic finance professional to join the COO Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, reporting to the Financial Analysis Senior Manager of the EMEA Financial Analysis team. You will help us reimagine forecasting, planning, and business performance management processes within our EMEA Territory team to focus on the most important insights, simplify workflows, and take advantage of the latest technologies. Then you deliver high-quality data products to enable these reimagined processes, both by building data tools directly and by influencing corporate data engineering teams to build the right infrastructure.
You will also focus on strategic analysis and ad hoc projects supporting the EMEA Territory team. You will partner with the Sales VP, Sales Senior Directors, and Finance Business Partners in addition to being an important interface to COO Finance HQ.
You will possess strong experience with financial planning and analysis, building and delivering reliable, accurate financial data, modelling and analysis, and being able to understand and articulate revenue beyond numbers. Technically sound, passionate for process improvement, organization savvy, detail oriented but also able to think strategically, you must demonstrate critical thinking, excellent analytical and communication skills and ability to work with key stakeholders in a collaborative environment, manage tight deadlines and always open for changes and the ability to be flexible.

Responsibilities
- Establish strong partnership with our key stakeholders (Sales VP, Sales Senior Directors, and Finance Business Partners) to provide analysis support for the assigned business group
- Communicate effectively to our key stakeholders around processes update, key deliverables, and timelines per requirements from COO Finance HQ
- Reimagining processes, data structures, and dashboards for simplicity, agility, and adaptability to keep up with GTM innovation
- Help build robust financial models for our business metrics
- Important role in end of quarter process including partnering with multiple cross functional teams (Revenue accounting, Global Customer Support & Operation, Sales, Finance)
- Manage quarter end executive reporting and presentations, support quarterly operations review, and quarterly business reviews
- Provide regular and ad hoc analysis, build financial report and modeling that drive insightful color of business performances
- Work across functions to drive efficient processes and systems, and leverage best practices
- Lead projects related to process improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Business equivalent;
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Technically sound, systems savvy with advanced skills in Excel modeling; Experience in financial software (i.e. Business Objects, SAP, Anaplan, Qlikview) is a plus
- Experience with SQL and large datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
- Ability to solve complex issues using financial models and quantitative analysis
- Manage multiple tasks while adhering to firm deadlines;
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights; Create innovative solution to solve problems
