Our */dxg DevHub for international projects within Wolters Kluwer is looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer.

Our current technology stack: AWS, NodeJs, React, Python, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, DocumentDB, OpenSearch.
We are fully remote. Everyone is expected to have at least some intersection with US Central Time Zone (9-11 AM CDT)
Key Responsibilities:

Drive innovation and creativity within the team, identifying opportunities for the application of new technology to solve customer problems for expert solutions in health, legal, tax and compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer research teams, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to identify opportunities for solutions to customer pain points.

Develop full-stack applications, including web applications, microservices, and cloud-based solutions to incubate the integration of new technology and demonstrate value to business partners

Implement security and privacy policies, including secure coding practices, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation strategies

Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technology and bring innovative ideas to the team

Provide technical leadership and expertise to guide the team in making technical decisions and solving complex technical challenges
Required Skills:
-
Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including web applications, microservices, and cloud engineering in AWS or Azure.

Extensive experience in software development using modern programming languages, such as Python, Typescript.

Proven track record delivering cloud-based solutions.

Experience delivering solutions.

In-depth understanding of agile development methodologies and practices, and ability to drive software development.

Strong understanding of security and privacy principles in software development, including secure coding practices, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation strategies.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to changing technologies and requirements, and willingness to learn and explore new technologies.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Polish language skills at a minimum B2 level.
