Team
Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our ‘Core’ games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our ‘Live’ games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.
Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games, while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. Voodoo is creating a small experimentation team with a big mission: find the next best way to entertain the world by taking our best hits to a new level.You will be one of the first members in a team of six and you will participate in every aspect of development, from ideation to testing the casual games in the market.
Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst who is deeply passionate about data-driven decisions, transforming raw data into clear actionable business insights, and who is constantly driving themselves and the team towards completing the next challenge.

Profile

  • At least 3 years of analytical work experience in the gaming, tech or a data-driven industry, with a proven track record working in close connection with product teams.
  • Proficient with SQL and either R or Python, with a proven experience working with large and complex data sets. 
  • Good knowledge of statistical analysis and concepts used for industry-standard methods like AB testing or forecasting.
  • Autonomous person with a strong analytical mind, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand a business problem, turn it into an analytics/statistics problem and solve it using adequate methods.
  • Highly pragmatic mindset with the ability to quickly identify what needs to be focused on and what can be considered of lower priority.
  • Capacity to be the pro-active owner of the entire data chain for your game(s)
