Job Description

• Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

• Responsible for overseeing workflow management in Manilla for payment processing and banking admin tasks. 
• Responsible for preparing work to agreed internal deadlines to the expected standard
• Knowledge of Trident and banking systems including a good understanding of various client payment processes
• Knowledge of payment cut offs, internal deadlines for payment processing and ensuring early escalation of issues to GPT team managers in Belfast
• Minimize risk to IQ EQ by following procedures and checklists
• Act as Trainor to our new team members
• Be proactive in identifying development and training requirements

• Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

• Ensure all payments are appropriately processed, and all emails received into the team mailboxes are actioned
• Ensure all payments are processed accurately and delivered to required timescale
• Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with GPT Managers and authorizers
• Identify areas for improvement re: GPT processes and offer solutions
• Providing support and training to the rest of the team, and other teams as required

Required Experience

• Ability to cope with tight deadlines and working under pressure
• Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role is not essential, but desirable
