Job Description

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy machine learning models that drive advanced digital advertising solutions. In this role, you’ll work with Python and AWS to create scalable models that generate actionable insights, and integrate them with a Ruby on Rails application, enabling clients to make data-driven decisions and optimize their advertising impact. 

This company provides digital advertising insights, giving clients real-time data and intelligence through an advanced dashboard and API. It uses unique methods to simulate real consumer behavior, offering a clear view of how advertising technology is used. By analyzing privacy, bidding, and user identity interactions, the company helps clients build products and improve AI capabilities. 

Qualifications

What will I be doing? 

  • Design and build NLP machine learning models to address critical business needs in digital advertising. 

  • Build end-to-end data pipelines for training fine-tuning, and optimizing model performance. 

  • Implement models on AWS to ensure efficient and scalable operation. 

  • Define and apply metrics to evaluate model accuracy and business impact. 

What expertise do I need? 

  • Studies in fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science, or a related discipline.  

  • Proficiency in coding with Python 

  • Experience in developing APIs is a must 

  • Experience in coding with Ruby on Rails is a plus 

  • Experience in developing Spark applications is a plus 

  • Experience designing solutiong that leverage cloud technologies, AWS preferred. 

  • Ability to effectively train machine learning models is essential. 

What about languages? 
Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must! 
 
How much experience must I have? 
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
