Join our team at Zendesk QA (formerly Klaus) to develop cutting-edge AI solutions for customer service! We are seeking forward-thinking experts who are looking to build AI-driven features that reshape Customer Experience teams to achieve their best by intelligently solving repetitive work so they can shift their focus to solving more sophisticated problems. Your expertise can help us change the game in how companies manage and improve their customer service operations. You will be embedded in a multi-functional team, closely collaborating with scientists, engineers and product managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering scalable ML solutions that solve real customer’s problems in intelligent ways.
Our quickly expanding, international team has embraced the innovative mindset from day one. We are looking to expand our ML team and seeking candidates for a hybrid role based in Estonia.

Responsibilities
-
High level of independence and trust, you decide how the implementation is done
-
Keeping track of your own tasks and nudge others whenever something looks stuck

Building and evaluating tooling for data processing and other machine learning needs

Working together with the data scientists to implement research models and LLM prompting in production and developing solutions for preprocessing of structured and unstructured data in data pipelines

Developing scalable methodologies for running and monitoring machine-learning models in production

Integrating LLMs into the data pipeline
Qualifications
-
At least 6 years of experience in software development or data engineering and interest in machine learning

Proven track record as a solid software engineer with a focus on Python-based software development

Strong understanding of SQL and database technologies

Comfortable working independently, in English and in a remote setting

It’s a huge plus if you have experience with cloud-native technologies like Apache Beam, Apache Spark, Airflow, Kafka

It’s a huge plus if you have experience with Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Service
