About the job
We are looking for senior-level R&D engineers to join our Machine Learning team at Deep Origin.
Your primary responsibility will be to research and develop novel ML methods for protein-related problems.
If you are someone who wants to contribute to solving important problems in science and engineering, deliver advanced technologies to users, and work in an interdisciplinary environment, then this role is for you.
Requirements
Day-to-day
- Research, design and code efficient ML methods.
- Run performance experiments, investigate and resolve issues.
- Write good quality, maintainable and documented code.
- Take responsibility proactively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing scalable ML models.
- Knowledge of ML methods and state-of-the-art NN architectures.
- Experience building distributed or multi-threaded systems.
- Availability to work full-time.
- Good command of English.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
- Familiarity with computer architecture (CPU/memory)
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Knowledge of physics
