Run backlog, grooming, release planning, and measure outcomes with product analytics.

Platform Architecture & Salesforce Administration Serve as design authority for data model, declarative automation (Flow) for Apex, Tableau and other third party tool data flows. Establish release management (sandboxes, change sets/DevOps tooling), versioning, and UAT practices.

Operations, Reliability & Support Create incident management policies and procedures and operational dashboards.

Implement observability (logs, alerts, adoption/product metrics) and capacity planning. Build and maintain knowledge base, admin guides, and enablement for large employee audiences. Stakeholder & Change Leadership Facilitate technical discovery; turn requirements into user stories, sequence diagrams, and config specs.

Partner with Employee Comms to ship change management comms (release notes, training, MC journeys) that reach up to 75% of the company. Manage vendor relationships and SLAs, aligning external roadmaps (e. g.
