Master Data Maintenance (MDM) Team is responsible for supporting Pandora’s: customers & suppliers (adding new customers to the system, tracing and amending existing accounts, setting up payment terms and methods), employees – entering new hires into the system, tracing and amending existing accounts, granting access to the systems; prices (creation of new price lists in the systems, calculation of transfer and sale prices and their entering into the systems), shops (handling the system of cash registers in shops, handling prices and promotions).

In this role you will:
- Support SAP 4SHANA implementation (data validation, UATs, hypercare),
- Support future data transition activities connected with team scope changes,
- Ensure the proper maintenance of Master Data (MD) set ups in Microsoft Dynamics AX2009/2012 and SAP S/4HANA as well as other systems (Dynamics D365, Acubiz, LINK training platform) in the following areas: supplier/customer/employee MD, price and product maintenance, chart of accounts,
- Support team members during the daily tasks which surpass the daily operation and require thorough investigation and proactive decisive approach to the inquiry.
- Train new staff and be the first point of contact for MDM team members in case of technical issues and non-standard questions related to operational work.
- Act as a process expert in the area of MDM and run the projects to implement automation and standardization as well as possible migrations of new activities to the SSC MDM.
- Take active part in local and global projects.
- Perform the best practices and be the role model for the team members, as well as a great support for the direct superior.
- Manage end-to-end key master data processes (vendor, customer, employee price, finance master data) in SAP and Microsoft Dynamix
- Resolve tickets related to master data according to Standard Level Agreements
- Prepare data reports and analyses using SAP, Microsoft Dynamix,MS Excel and other internal tools.
- Analyze issues reported, define their root-causes, propose solutions,
- and drive action plans.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure data is compliant.
- Proactively escalate business risks related to process and system gaps.
- Challenge existing processes and propose improvements to drive efficiency.
- Create and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Share knowledge on MD standards with peers and local business functions, and provide trainings as required.
We’re a perfect match if you have:
- University degree and minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Master Data Master Data Maintenance, Analytical / Finance Team or similar field,
- Solid working experience in SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA customer, supplier, price, finance master data maintenance); additional Microsoft Dynamics AX, ERP system implementation and / or data transition will be an asset,
- A very good command of English,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular MS Excel, experience with Access, SQL would be an advantage,
- Flexibility and proactive approach,
- Sense of responsibility, keeping deadlines,
- Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment,
- Ability to build and establish a good working relationship with colleagues,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A very good command of English,
- Well-developed IT skills (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems will be an asset),
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular MS Excel,
- Good communication and mentoring skills, ability to build and establish a good working relationship with colleagues,
- Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
