Senior Product Delivery Associate – Machine Learning Operations Intelligence
Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Builds strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communication
- Partners with Product Owners (PO’s) / Area Product Owners (APO’s) and delivery leadership to confirm impacts and scope across teams
- Plans and delivers proper execution of product roadmap to align to the product budget and ensuring team availability
- Manages release communication
- Supports the Agility Lead in driving continuous improvement across the team in order to drive efficiencies and improve the overall effectiveness of agile
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Strong understanding of firm wide risk and controls
- Self-starter with strong initiative
- Open to change, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt in a fast paced-environment
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
