Job Description

About the team Eager to reinvent the way people find their next home? Zillow’s Agentic AI & Experience team is responsible for developing novel, agentic experiences and capabilities that reshape what it looks like to find and secure a home. Our goal is to reinvent home buying and renting through highly personalized, seamless journeys that are augmented with timely insights, guided actions, and rich content that help customers move forward with confidence.

We build on a deep quantitative and qualitative understanding of our customers and the marketplace to rapidly test, iterate, and launch new experiences on the United States’ largest online real estate marketplace. Our team of applied scientists, engineers, designers, researchers, and product managers partners closely with teams across Zillow to deliver highly tailored, trusted, and increasingly agentic experiences for millions of customers. About the role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who is a full-stack experience builder: sharp product instinct, deep technical and AI fluency, and strong design sense. You’re comfortable taking ideas from a whiteboard to a working product in weeks, not quarters – rapidly prototyping, validating with customers and data, and then hardening the strongest bets into durable, production experiences.

In this role, you will shape how we explore and define the ways agentic AI reshapes buying and renting. You’ll frame hypotheses about how agentic experiences should work, design experiments to test those hypotheses, and translate what we learn into new interaction patterns.

You’ll use prototypes, rapid user testing, internal dogfooding, and live experiments to explore what an agentic home shopping journey looks like, then turn those learnings into coherent end-to-end experiences that help people explore homes, understand their options, and decide what to do next. Your focus will be on forward-looking bets: exploring ambiguous problem spaces, running 0→1 experiments, and maturing them into clear patterns and requirements that other teams can scale and iterate on. You’ll stay involved as those experiences move into production to help with first launches and ensure the patterns land as intended, while keeping your center of gravity on learning, defining the patterns, and proving what good looks like.

You’ll define product strategy, lead execution, and work side-by-side with Design, Engineering, and Applied Science to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and reliable customer experiences at scale. You Will Get To Lead 0→1 AI products from ambiguity to real-world testing – frame problems, define hypotheses, and drive fast build–measure–learn cycles, creating rapid, functional prototypes and using AI as a power tool to explore multiple experience directions, then using what you learn to sharpen product direction and move faster toward the right decisions. Design novel agentic experiences that transform today’s linear workflows into native, AI-driven journeys – using planning, tool use, and memory to guide customers, not just answer questions.

Partner deeply with engineers, designers, applied scientists, and researchers to explore solution spaces, co-create prototypes, and iterate quickly based on real customer behavior and feedback. Own metrics, experimentation, and evaluation for your areas, defining success criteria, instrumenting experiences, designing A/B tests, and combining offline metrics, human-in-the-loop review, and online experiments to understand quality, safety, and business impact.

Drive productionization of successful prototypes, specifying requirements for reliability, observability, latency, cost, and failure modes in close collaboration with engineering leads. Lead cross-functional alignment and responsible AI practices, pulling teams around a clear vision and roadmap, aligning executives and partner teams on priorities and tradeoffs, and addressing data privacy, bias mitigation, and fair housing considerations as we design, evaluate, and deploy AI experiences. This role has been categorized as a Remote position.
