Job Description

Job DescriptionAs Ford Credit’s Senior Product Manager, AI & Data Strategy, you will be a key architect of an intelligence backbone that powers customer and risk decisions worldwide. Sitting at the intersection of fintech, automotive, and cutting-edge AI, you will convert petabytes of raw data into frictionless originations, hyper-personalized servicing, predictive collections, and real-time risk insights. You will operate as a full-stack product leader: shaping vision, evangelizing strategy, and rolling up your sleeves to ship production-grade solutions.

Responsible AI Leadership: Bake “Responsible AI” into every layer of the product, ensuring governance, fairness, explainability, security, and human-in-the-loop controls are paramount. Execution & Delivery: Lead end-to-end product discovery and agile delivery. You will define problems, write crisp requirements, prioritize ruthlessly, and guide launches from MVP to global scale.

Performance Optimization: Own the success metrics, including data fidelity, model lift, latency, reliability, unit economics, and customer NPS. Design and run statistically rigorous experiments (A/B tests, causal inference) to optimize them.
