Senior Product Manager (Data Management & Reporting)

Overview

The Payment Gateway Front End and Experience Team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help drive our Payments customer facing Transaction Reporting and Data management.

The ideal candidate is an expert in data management and reporting, passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

This role is for a senior product manager who will work across cross functional teams as Engineering, Regional Product, UX, Data Analysts to deliver truly differentiated solutions. The role is positioned to drive new ideas forward by combining creative thought leadership with innovation and industry best practices.

Role

The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to:
• Define the customer facing Reporting vision and strategy.
• Lead all key activities to drive roadmap execution, linking it to a quantifiable product scorecard, monitoring and optimization of performance
• Own the end-to-end Product Management cycle for design, development of features, go-to-market plans including revenue generation
• Assess, define, prioritize product enhancements and coordinate with Engineering and business sponsors on work status
• Actively engage in new innovation initiatives, data resources, and capability assessment with a futuristic lens
• Bring voice-of-the-customer metrics to life in a way that will inspire and drive change
• Adapt product enhancements continuously to customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities
• Provide oversight and product engagement for launch, in-market testing and global roll-out

All About You:
• Proven experience in data management and reporting applied to payments, or related roles, preferably in a large enterprise environment
• Experience in designing product data architecture
• Intermediate level proficiency in the comprehension and application of industry standard and best practice data governance and data management theories, principles, practices, and methodologies
• 5+ years Product development and management experience required;
• Strong focus on delivering customer value and experienced in building strong customer relationships
• Drive for result and a desire to succeed, follow through commitments and push self and others to deliver exceptional results
• A successful team player with strong experience in Product management/development utilizing data and building self-service user experiences
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to drive alignment on product roadmap, built, testing and commercialization
• Own and drive product roadmap and continuously monitor KPIs
