Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries. Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships. Preferred qualifications:Experience in web technologies for authentication, identity, and commercial transactions. Experience in privacy, security, and fraud/abuse prevention technologies. Experience engaging with standards bodies (e.
g. , W3C) and influencing browser or platform-level decisions.
Understanding of the web infrastructure landscape, including frameworks, CDNs, CMSes, and developer ecosystems. Understanding web technologies, including the emerging AI and agentic landscape. Ability to set strategy, influence across organizations, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving Chrome’s strategy to enable high-quality and secure web experiences, including AI-powered experiences, through ecosystem-facing tools, technologies, and integrations. The scope spans critical capabilities in user identity, privacy, transactions, fraud and abuse prevention, and foundational journeys for both human and agent traffic.
As a product specialist you will influence product direction, build cross-functional alignment, and cultivate strategic relationships across the web ecosystem. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google’s partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business.
The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
