Your Team’s Impact

The Data Solutions group is seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead FactSet’s Gen AI Data program, focusing on harnessing the power of data to drive our artificial intelligence (AI) applications. In this role, you will plan, drive, oversee, and monitor key strategic investment initiatives with a deep passion for client centricity and value delivery applying the product thinking mindset. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-sufficient and demonstrate accountability and successful delivery of key programs while building strong relationships across functional teams.  A background in managing complex, strategic & tactical programs and projects that span cross-organizational boundaries is highly desired.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee key Data Solutions investment initiatives by collaborating cross-functionally to deliver on established strategic goals

  • Assist product teams to create transparency and accountability on iterative value-delivery by developing and maintaining Roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs and timelines to ensure strategic deliverables are met

  • Drive cross-functional program meetings to foster collaboration and ensure alignment

  • Coordinate multiple, interconnected deliverables to ensure value-delivery and alignment with overall SBU and company objectives

  • Measure, monitor, and report progress of strategies, initiatives, programs, and key projects to ensure that strategic targets are met

  • Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution of program risk and issues, escalating as appropriate

  • Lead regular stakeholder reviews of key strategic initiatives to highlight progress, risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Work with other program managers, Scrum Masters and Agile leaders to identify risks and potential roadblocks across multiple projects within the strategic area

  • Implement, improve, streamline, and standardize processes and best practices across the organization as needed to increase operational efficiency and scalability

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree, post graduate work, or equivalent years’ of experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing product and technology programs from inception to delivery

  • Ability to manage and influence cross-functional product teams and draw on multiple points of view at all levels of the organization

  • Practical experience in managing multiple strategic programs with exceptional coordination, facilitation, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage complexity, navigate ambiguity as well as build trust and credibility with senior leaders and key stakeholders

  • Demonstrates a client-focus with the ability to balance diverse groups, roles, and projects

  • Practical experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid software development methodologies

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a strong plus with the ability and desirability to learn new tools

  • PMP Certification is a plus

The budgeted salary range for this position in the states of Connecticut and in NYC is $120,000 – $150,000.
