The Senior Project Manager works closely with the Global Biosimilars cross functional product team and provides program management support for all phases of drug development and therapeutic areas of focus.

They are responsible for the optimal development of a global tactical plan to support strategic execution of product development deliverables. Focus will be determined by strategic priorities including Process Development, Operations, Development, etc. The Senior Project Manager will work across products, and under the guidance of multiple technical leaders and functional experts to ensure that all aspects of biosimilar development are carefully considered.

The Senior Project Manager will apply project management best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control and closing of projects. WinWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.

The project management professional we seek has these qualifications. Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree and 2 years of project management experienceORMaster’s degree and 4 years of project management experienceORBachelor’s degree and 6 years of project management experienceORAssociate’s degree and 10 years of project management experienceOrHigh school diploma / GED and 12 years of project management experiencePreferred Qualifications:Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or Business5+ years of experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry including in Operations functions (Process Development, Manufacturing or Quality). Experience could include Operations support (Planning, Compliance, Engineering, etc.

) and non-Operations functions (Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Finance, etc. )2+ years Project Management experience, including the ability to identify and implement initiatives, manage multiple projects, prioritize project resources, assess project effectiveness and efficiency, conduct business analysis, and manage and/or coordinate domestic and/or international product developmentBiopharmaceutical product commercialization and life cycle management experience; ability to recognize strategic implications of complex product development activities and manage them cross-functionallyAbility to communicate vertically and horizontally through multiple channels, use contact network to motivate diverse teams, and enable cross-functional collaborationAbility to work independently and with flexibilityAbility to manage multiple collaborators as a business partnerComfort with complexity and ambiguity, ability to think strategically and see the big picture, ability to collect, digest and assemble information to enable relevant business analyses and facilitate decision-makingExperience managing change in a complex, matrix organizationExcellent analytical and presentation skillsWhat you can expect of usAs we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U. S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted.

Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
