Our end-to-end revenue management platform brings a complete set of market-leading solutions to financial teams that creates a 360-degree view of financial performance across all stages. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the timely management of multiple, complex implementations to ensure speed to value for Enterprise and Strategic customers.

  The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the timely management of multiple, complex implementations to ensure speed to value for Enterprise and Strategic customers.   What you will doLead multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet customer satisfaction. Achieve revenue targets by accurately forecasting project go-live dates and keeping projects on track. Set and manage expectations with stakeholders about project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Create and maintain the project plan with stakeholders. Work with various teams to ensure quality deliverables are completed on time.

Identify and resolve issues and risks promptly to keep projects on track. Lead Go-To-Market activities across all departments, working closely with R&D, Operations, and Product Marketing. Align stakeholders on business and system requirements, program functions, and strategy.

Take initiative to find solutions for potential problems before they escalate. Provide weekly status reports to customers, management, and internal staff. Resolve project issues, mitigate risks, and manage scope changes.

Manage and report on budgets and progress. Drive project deliverables and decisions to completion.

Work on strategic projects across the organization. Remove barriers and shield the team from external interferences. Communicate with the Executive Leadership team on the progress of assigned strategic projects What you will bringBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, technology, MIS, or related field7+ years in Project or Program Management experience3+ year’s experience leading Go-To-Market activities across all departments, working closely with R&D, Operations, and Product MarketingExperience within a large complex corporate organization or major consulting organizationEnd-to-end product development experienceAbility to understand and implement front-to-back solutions and perform in-depth analysis to resolve issuesAdvanced project management skills; strong mediation and negotiation skillsExcellent leadership, analysis, facilitation, and client relationship skillsExceptional organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate with employees and customers of all levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Experience with SmartSheet, Salesforce, and JIRA a plus What we would like to seeProject Management CertificationAbout FinThriveFinThrive is advancing the healthcare economy.
