Job Description
We are a team of analysts dedicated to delivering comprehensive insights for social, earned, digital and experiential campaigns. Our passion lies in diving into data to uncover insights and empowering data-driven decision-making for Dentsu Creative and our clients. Collaborating with numerous teams across the organization, we are committed to guiding growth with our analytical expertise.
We are looking for someone who embodies curiosity and a interest in digging into data for patterns and trends. You can explore new tools and concepts to stay at the forefront of the data analytics and data science field. You will report to Supervisor, Analytics. You will work on one of Dentsu Creative’s flagship clients and help support our client’s experiential business by developing recommendations based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify trends and patterns in data to uncover insights that can inform activation strategies and campaign optimizations
- Collaborate with account teams to define goals and establish measurable goals for program performance
- Produce regular reports to communicate findings to partners
- Recommend new types and methods of analysis, new ways to process data, and discover new patterns between many different types of data that provide value to our clients
- Develop dashboards (Tableau or PowerBI) to provide real-time insights and enhance data accessibility for both internal team and clients
- Maintain data/databases in MongoDB, ensuring reporting transparency and accuracy
- Improve data pipelines using Python-based ETL Frameworks (including data transformation, aggregation calculations and testing)
- Resolve errors in production Python scripts and deploy solutions to the production database
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in data analytics or related role
- 2+ years of experience with Python/data manipulation
- Academic background in data analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related discipline
- Experience using relevant Python Packages including Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib and Dataprep
- Experience in Tableau including the ability to establish primary data sources, build detailed visualizations and centralize within a comprehensive dashboard view
- Comfortability with native Tableau calculation and aggregation methodology including fixed calculations, table level dynamic calculations and more
- Solid foundations in data science fundamentals, OO, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with statistical concepts and practical experience applying them (in A/B testing, causal inference, ML)
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $59,000k-96,025k. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
