Role 

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Heap, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude to help drive product and business insights. You will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, tracking key metrics, and providing actionable recommendations using these tools. Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization and reporting are essential for success in this role. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. 

  • Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to design, implement, and optimize scalable data pipelines for efficient data processing. 

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics, trends, and insights for various stakeholders. 

  • Work with large datasets to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across different  

  • systems and platforms. 

  • Support data governance initiatives by ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in all data operations. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering. 

  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools like Heap, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude. 

  • Expertise in SQL and experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. 

  • Proven experience in building data pipelines and working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visualizations. 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
