Who We’re Looking For

We need a Senior Software Engineer (4+ years experience) who can:
Architect and optimize backend services & APIs for an AI-driven platform
Develop AI-powered workflows with intelligent agent orchestration
Scale multi-tenant cloud infrastructure for high-performance analytics
Drive security & compliance in a multi-tenant SaaS environment

Key Responsibilities

Backend & API Development
Build & optimize APIs using Node.js/Next.js with scalable microservices.
Develop RESTful APIs ensuring security, rate-limiting, and fault tolerance.

AI & Agent Orchestration
Integrate AI models, RAG pipelines, and LangChain-based multi-agent frameworks.
Design intelligent agent workflows to automate analytics processes.

Multi-Tenant System Design
Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and secure data isolation.
Optimize performance & scalability in a multi-tenant architecture.

Cloud Infrastructure & Scalability
Design and maintain AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake infrastructure.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, autoscaling, and Kubernetes/Docker-based orchestration.

Security & Compliance
Apply best practices (OAuth, JWT, GDPR/CCPA compliance).
Protect data privacy & security in multi-tenant SaaS environments.

Requirements

Required Skills (Must Have)

4+ years of experience in backend development (Node.js, Python, Postgres, Redis)
Strong expertise in API development, microservices, and API security
Hands-on experience with AI/ML pipelines & agent-based workflows
Proven track record in multi-tenant SaaS platforms & cloud scalability
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform & cloud platforms

Nice-to-Have Skills (Would Love To Have)

Experience with RAG pipelines & LangChain agent orchestration
Familiarity with OpenAI APIs & multi-agent architectures
Exposure to data engineering workflows & ETL pipelines
