We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer with demonstrated experience developing Generative AI Chatbots. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using knowledge stored in ServiceNow and Azure to provide our people access to a chatbot within Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both platforms and a passion for innovation and automation with an ability to drive creative solutions from a team of developers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and develop software solutions using ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams platforms following an Agile methodology.

  • Drive a team to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets the project requirements, accountable for code review and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior developers within the team.

  • Oversee the troubleshooting and debugging of issues in a timely manner.

  • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Artificial Intelligence, ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams development.

We’re interested in hearing from people who possess the following:

  • Highly proficient in C# (.NET 8) and Python.

  • Proven track record in leading backend development and end-to-end development of software solutions that scale to numerous concurrent requests with minimal supervision.

  • Extensive experience in developing Gen-AI driven chatbots using Azure solutions, including Azure Bot Services and Bot Framework or equivalence on AWS.

  • Highly proficient in state-of-the-art RAG (Retrieval-augmented generation) techniques (including Graph-RAG) and leveraging local LLMs, PyTorch, Semantic Kernel, HuggingFace, LangChain, LLamaIndex, and multi-modal LLMs.

  • Experience in MLOps, deep learning, and development of voice-based chatbots, action-driven chatbots, and IVR solutions.
